Treasurer / Public Trustee
The County Treasurer is a constitutional officer elected to a four-year term, responsible for the collection, custody, and distribution of county funds. The office prepares and dispatches annual tax notices, holds tax lien sales, invests county funds, and serves as the collection agency for all county departments. As Public Trustee, the Treasurer processes deed of trust recordings and foreclosure proceedings. The Treasurer's Office adheres to all requirements of the Colorado Revised Statutes and is responsible for administering all new laws relating to these Statutes.

Full payment of property tax due (if paying in one installment)
